Underground Access Should Be Easier to Find, Service, and Manage
Traditional irrigation and utility access points can be difficult to locate, disruptive to turf surfaces, cumbersome to service, and poorly identified once installed. These challenges can increase maintenance time, create unnecessary disturbance, and make long-term infrastructure management more difficult.
A New Approach to Turf-Integrated Infrastructure Access
The EAB Ground Port™ is being developed as a modular underground access platform that combines a stationary outer enclosure with a removable service module and a turf-integrated surface interface. The concept is intended to make maintenance access more organized while supporting identification and future infrastructure-management capabilities.
